5 eggs
1L milk
500g flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Préparation
Step 1:
Put half of the flour in a bowl and add in the eggs one by one by mixing in between until they are fully blended.
Step 2:
Once the eggs are mixed in, add a bit of milk and mix until homogeneous. Add a bit of flour and mix.
Continue the operation until all of the milk and flour are added.
Once your batter is completely homogeneous, add your oil and mix.
Step 3:
Let your batter rest for an hour.
Step 4:
Take out a pan to cook and flip your crepes.
Step 5:
Once they are golden on each side, place your crepes on a plate protected by baking paper.
